Based on your reflections, and on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being optimal wellbeing), where do you rate your A-physical wellbeing, B-spiritual well-being, C-psychological well-being? Why?
A- 7
B-8
C-5
* although I feel that I have a great spiritual connection, I feel that I could work on improving my overall psychological and mental well being.
Develop a goal for yourself in each area (physical, spiritual, psychological).
Physical- to exercise and eat healthier - I would like to lose 10 lbs
Spiritual- continue to do my daily devotion
Psychological- learn how to deal with stress better through stress seminars through my employer
What activities or exercise can you implement in your life to assist in moving toward each goal?
I can implement doing more outdoor activities such as walking or biking for physical well being. I can go to church more and join a small group to become more spiritual connected with people of the same faith.By exercising and following through with the stress seminars I should be able to see a change in my psychological well being and better mental health.
* I felt the relaxation exercise was helpful... the only problem I had was trying not to let other distractions keep me from not focusing on what I was doing.

I welcome everyone to my blog. I have experience with relaxation exercises in my personal life. My son has special needs and things are always stressful. I take stress management classes through my current employer, exercise daily and take deep breathes, try to eat healthy, the one thing I need more of is sleep. One thing that has helped me the most is doing a spiritual daily devotion, I start the day off right and I am learning to stay calm in trials and troubles, have better understanding of myself and healing from the past. I need this class for a grade, but to me I am taking it for my benefit and transformation.
